Our last employee engagement survey indicated that employees wanted improved communication from our leadership team. Also, during recent town halls, employees said they felt valued when leadership took the time to keep them informed on key organizational issues.

Our People Services Department (HR), in coordination with executive leadership, began an initiative to open lines of communication with our employees. We now offer monthly updates on current construction and office moves, Epic@UNC updates, human resources updates/changes, and ARHS financial performance information.

These monthly updates will be archived below and available for reference and submission of questions to leadership. These reports are to be used by managers to lead discussions with their teams to encourage transparency, dialogue, and feedback.
